How does it work?
Cerzán Turbo uses patent-pending technology and optimization
techniques to provide dial-up speed comparable to a 325kbps
DSL line.
The illustration below shows how a typical PC is connected
to the Cerzán network.
In its most simple form, when a web page is requested by a
user, Cerzán Turbo software on that user's PC looks for the
information in Cerzán’s local cache. If it is there
and it is the most current version of the information, it
is immediately displayed.
If the most current version of the requested information
is not in Cerzán's local cache, Cerzán Turbo optimizes the
request and sends it to the Cerzán Data Center. The Cerzán
Data Center then checks its cache for the requested information.
If it is there, Cerzán immediately sends the fully optimized
information back to the PC where it is decompressed and displayed.
If the requested information is not in the Cerzán’
Data Center cache, it is retrieved at fiber optic speeds,
optimized at the data center and sent back to the PC fully
optimized. The PC then decompresses the information and displays
it on the user PC.

Advanced Compression
Cerzán Turbo uses an array of sophisticated, intelligent compression
technologies to maximize the efficiency of any Internet connection.
By significantly decreasing the size of the information being
sent to your PC, all web pages, email (web-based, POP3 and
SMTP) and FTP file transfers arrive much faster than ever
before.
Interleaved Intelligent Caching
Cerzán’s Interleaved Intelligent Caching delivers the
data you’re looking for lightning fast. This is because
the users local cache is always synchronized with the cache
at the Cerzán Data Centers. This synchronization ensures that
in most cases, the information you are looking is already
on your PC and is current.
TCP/IP Protocol Optimization
Once you have established your Internet connection, Cerzán
Turbo establishes a virtual connection between your PC and
the Cerzán network. Your requests for web pages and the fulfillment
of those requests are instantly sent across this virtual connection.
This eliminates the repetitive and time consuming process
of establishing and terminating links which slows down the
delivery of web pages.
SmartHost™
Cerzán Turbo delivers a speed increase immediately upon download,
and the Internet experience becomes continually faster the
more Cerzán Turbo is used. Cerzán Turbo's SmartHost™
feature learns your browsing habits and creates a custom profile
enabling Cerzán Turbo to deliver frequently-visited sites
at lightning speed.
Optimizing Data Center
Cerzán has numerous Data Centers at major peering points across
the World Wide Web. Requested information is collected at
fiber optic speeds and is fully optimized by the Cerzán Data
Center closest to the requested information. Information sent
between Cerzán data Centers is compressed and fully optimized.
It is then sent back to you by your local Cerzán Data Center
ensuring maximum speed of delivery over the slow copper (last
mile) connection.
Failsafe Download
If you’ve ever lost your Internet connection in the
middle of a file transfer, you know how frustrating it can
be to have to start all over. With Cerzán Turbo, all of the
data downloaded before the line is dropped is saved and only
the remaining data is downloaded once the connection is recovered.
Ad Blocking
Advertisements waste valuable bandwidth and can significantly
slow down Internet usage. Cerzán Turbo's Ad Blocking feature
eliminates these intrusive ads, allowing user-selected web
pages to paint faster.
Windows and Browser Optimizations
